     Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Absolutely amazing trailer. I ordered a trailer through Jason in Arizona and the process was very smooth. I’ve been wanting to buy a trailer for over 2-years and couldn’t convince myself to spend over $20k. I saw Sawyer Trailers advertised on Facebook Marketplace. It seemed to good to be true at that price. What I later discovered was that it was true. The difference in price is that you don’t get hit with the $5k-$8k dealer markup. It’s a direct purchase from the manufacturer. I immediately jumped on this opportunity and ordered a custom made setup. Nothing too high end, just finished on the inside. It didn’t effect the cost that much & the trailer was finished ahead of schedule. They only require a minimal deposit to get it started. Upon delivery, I was blown away by the level of manufacturing & assembly. The LED lights are incredible bright, the axles are heavy duty, the interior installed perfectly and the appearance is absolutely stunning. Everyone who sees it compliments me on it and always wants to take a closer look. It’s made strong and tows smoothly. It has all the best safety compliance features and strong upgraded wheels. It’s what I wanted …all while exceeding my expectations. Jason was professional and knew the business, all while showing excitement for what I was asking for. He knew I was making the right decisions and steered me in the right direction. The bulk final payment was also very easy and secure. I definitely recommend this process over all others. The trailer overall seems to be a decent trailer (nobody makes em like they used to that's for sure). Had a few issues like a flat spotted tire when I received the trailer and it did have to be transported 1000 miles to be delivered to me by being pulled and not trailered which I didn't love.  Also when I received the replacement wheel and tire upon installation I noticed the wheel wells were partially painted around the tires so I was not impressed with that.  Quality is just not a high priority these days it seems with most of these manufacturers which is disappointing. The roof looks pretty rough as far as finish goes, lots of dents and dings and foot prints, caulking is very poor looking. Bolt broken on the rear hinge, no help offered for that when it was brought up. They did jump on the tire issue and were responsive to my requests so I'll give credit there but I do believe they need to work on their fit and finish process and also quality control.  The trailer is exactly what I ordered and they did offer a good price. I would recommend this retailer and would give them a second chance in the future as they offer a nice trailer but I would hope they look at some of their processes and quality.

Have made some long hauls with it and had it loaded and it truly pulls great. The LED light kit is very nice. Plenty bright. I dealt with Jason and he was great to work with. Responded quickly and communicated very well. He has a quality trailers below market price. I was skeptical going this route doing things over the phone but they are very legit.
